INGREDIENTS:
1 cup julienne pea pods
1 cup julienne shitake mushrooms
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon minced ginger
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ tablespoon sesame oil
1 cut julienne carrots
½ cup julienne leeks
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ cup Tennessee Gourmet® Salad Dressing Plus
DIRECTIONS:Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat and add the sesame oil. Once the oil is hot add the ginger and garlic and sauté for 15 seconds, add all the julienne vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes stirring often. Once the vegetables begin to soften add Sensual Salad Dressing plus and the fresh cilantro.
