INGREDIENTS:
1 whole wheat tortilla (6-inch)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Tennessee GourmetŪ Apple & Spice (your choice of flavor)
2 slices of deli style smoked turkey breast
1 slice American or cheddar cheese
1 leaf of Boston lettuce
1 thin tomato slice
1 thin red onion slice
DIRECTIONS:Combine mayonnaise and Apple & Spice and spread evenly on the tortilla.
Top with remaining ingredients; roll up.
Note: also very tasty with ham, chicken or a combination of meat slices.
