Apricot Cheese Log

 
INGREDIENTS:

1 (10 ounce) bar Sweetwater Valley, White Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1/3 cup chopped onion, preferably sweet onion (Vandalia, etc.)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
½ tsp. Kosher salt
½ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
¼ cup toasted pecans, crushed
½ cup Tennessee Gourmet® Apricot & Spice (your choice of flavor)

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients except Apricot & Spice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Shape into a log and chill overnight in the refrigerator.

Just before serving pour the Apricot & Spice over the top and server with crusty bread, baguettes or crackers.
