Snap Peas

 
INGREDIENTS:

1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. shallots, thinly sliced
1 tsp garlic, crushed
¼ cup roasted red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 (12 ounce) bag frozen snap peas, thawed
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. Tennessee Gourmet® Snow Peach & Spice
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Heat a large sauté pan with butter and oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, shallots and red bell pepper. Sauté for three minutes. Add snap peas, sesame seeds, Peach Jelly. Season to taste with salt and pepper and sauté for three minutes. Transfer to bowl and serve hot.
