Our rub is a unique blend of kosher salt, herbs, spices and a touch of all natural hickory smoke that brings out the flavor of beef, lamb, venison, buffalo and elk. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp. on both sides of lightly oiled meat, rub into the meat and let stand 30 minutes. Cook on the grill or under the broiler.
